Justin Clayton, our founder, has been passionate about HVAC since 2000, when he started his career at a small company in Rockdale, TX. After gaining valuable experience there, he moved to a larger company based in Austin, where he mastered commercial refrigeration and cooking equipment for the Restaurant Industry. Justin's dream was to run his own HVAC/R company and offer the best service possible to his clients. In 2019, he achieved his goal by getting his contractors license and founding Clayton HVAC/R.

“I want to give a BIG SHOUT out to CLAYTON HVACR!!!! When I got home from work around 5:45 PM, I wasn't home very long when my AC decided to shut down. I called Justin Clayton around 6:24 PM to tell him what happened, well as soon as I explained it to Justin, he knew right away what happened. I really didn't expect him to come as late as it was and him being in ROUND ROCK at the time on his way home from another job. He told me that he would be at my house around 9 or so as long as that wasn't too late for me.
